Trail Ride Options & Pricing
Badge Program Details & Pricing
Here’s everything you need to know to plan your troop’s visit:
Booking Fee: $57
Base Group Rate (up to 8 riders): $250
Additional Riders (up to 10 total): $31 each
Optional Badge Work Add-On: $12 per participant
Maximum Group Size: 10 riders per ride
Please provide your troop number and council affiliation at the time of booking.
🧾 A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your scheduled ride.

Rider Requirements & Safety
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment:
Riders must be at least kindergarten-age
Weight limit is 250 lbs – contact us for exceptions
Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required
Pony riders (Kindergarten–age 7) must have an adult walk alongside to lead the horse
Rides may be moved indoors if weather conditions are unsafe
Required Liability Waivers for Camp Activities
